Yes. Before they can be hired and begin orientation and training, and once a year after they are hired, we perform a criminal background check which also includes sex offender registries. In addition to performing the background checks, all employees must pass a 5 panel drug test prior to being hired and they can be randomly checked at any time while they are employed.

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use. We have strong relationships with some of the major cleaning product manufactures and they spend a lot of time and resources sending us products and training us on proper usage. The same goes for some of the equipment reps. We do not receive anything from these companies to promote their products, other than the tremendous amount of product support they provide us. Therefore we prefer to use these products because we are already very knowledgeable with them.

We have partnered with a company called Chronotek, which allows us to accurately track our employees every move to within 3 feet. The system provides each employee and location with it’s own code. Additionally every location is coded with a time schedule of when our employees should be in a building. The schedule is defined as a broad amount of hours that should be serviced in the building and that can be achieved by a single person putting in all the hours or multiple. When one or if more than one person who is programmed for a building has not logged into Chronotek for a location an alarm is sent to a long list of people to follow up. All buildings are crossed checked by the employees and then by a supervisor and in the rare case if a supervisor can't make it, it is checked virtually via video phone. Our account managers or owners also call and meet periodically with our customer’s to make sure we are meeting expectations.

In most circumstances we can begin cleaning a new account in 2 days. What takes time is fitting the right person in and the new customer getting their affairs in order for us to come in and get started. If an account is going to be staffed with more than 3 people at one time, then we would prefer to be given 4 days so we can properly train the people who will be assigned to the account. We love to please, so definitely yes if there is anything special that you need us to do please just ask.
