While we have developed best practices in training and coaching for our employees during these 30 years, we have seen our greatest advancements in employee productivity and time management within the last 10 years due to changes in technology. All of our employees clock in, communicate and are tracked via smart technology using geo location and the web. This allows us to know their whereabouts to within 3 feet, when they are in and out of a building and for how long. There are alerts set up which has eliminated all no shows, and has increased productivity, efficiency, and better communication between employees and supervisors. These advancements have equated to even more focus on customer service to our customers.

Thirty years in business has taught us many things. One of the most important of those things is that not every customer (even if they are from the same company) is alike and that the term customized cleaning does not mean expensive.
